I think food has just said not to work if its on h4 visa it doesnt mean he is not supporting eventhough u r legal to work n earn just out of concern heor she said it seems for that there is no need to hyperact and yes it does matter on which visa u r in order to earn and work in USA. Or else if someone get caught deportation may take place. There are rules people..
