We have been staying at Glenbrook, Rocky Hill for 2.5 years and have found it excellent for Indian families with children, especially because of the community feel and great schools. Summer is full of evenys which the kids love. We are also looking for new tenants for our 1BHK available at Glenbrook, Rocky Hill, February/march, 2017 onwards. We have to move out under certain circumstances and do not want to sublet (not allowed legally here).
If you are interested, you'll be signing a fresh 12 month lease with Glenbrook just like a new tenant.
We'll get the apartment cleaned with the help of a professional cleaning service before vacating and the expense is on us.
The apartment is in a good condition and is well maintained. Bus stop is just few steps away. Buses and car pooling are popular options for ppl traveling to Hartford.
The rent is $1160/mo which includes heat (a huge plus!), hot water, garbage disposal and all facilities including swimming pools, courts, gym, bbq etc.
