Rocky Hill ----> century hills Manchester ----> Pavilion,Stepny I don't have any idea about schools in both the places. If you are giving high priority to schools then you should look for apartment in Avon , Glastonburybury, Farmington. These are are good school districts in Ct than rocky hill and Manchester.
