Hi, I'll be moving to Hartford, CT(for travelers) in Jan. Need suggestions for a nice community. I have below options I have kept $1800 rent budget in mind. Rocky Hill. Alterra/Montage Manchester Broadleaf Blvd/Vintage grove/Pavilions how is Hartford transportation during snow ? I am looking for apt near public transport. I also need suggestions for Good Daycare for 18 month old Any parking lot suggestions near travelers office Thanks for taking time to respond
