Thanks for sharing your experience, one of my friend also told me the same thing. They are not so friendly and won't consider even if it little over weight., now even though I remove lot of things, it's still going to be over 23kgs in one bag.. Am thinking of paying extra and keeping some more. Last time i took British airways.. My baggage was 25kgs, the agent did not even mentioned/asked. Now I realize I shouldn't have taken Air India.. At least for other flights overweight price is half of what air india is charging
