Thanks!!. My employer asked my latest home address but i didnt gave my address. In the Debt collection email they mentioned that if i don't pay or object in 30 days than it will goes default debt collection so it will screw up my credit history. I dont know whether this email to scare me or something. I dont know whether he will really goes to debt collection if i don't respond. I am thinking about below options 1) consultant lawyer 2) just oppose the notice with 2 month salary point. if he comes back with a answer than i will go lawyer or make deal with him. 3) just make deal with him.
