Do not respond to any such emails. by responding,you only prove that you have acknowledged reciept of the email and can serve proof, if there is an action against you. Anything legal or if you are unsure about consult a lawyer. In either case, Any legal proceedings are communicated via handed mail NOT emails.( as emails could be lost in Junk folder etc). You need to be strong and fight the good fight. Dont get scared by these threats from your employer. Just keep notes from what the contract was with your employer and what they fulfilled and what part of the bargain they did not fulfill. what agreement you signed to and so on, just as your homework.
