Boss first of all...stop getting worried that some sent you some notice. Your employer is doing things illegal in US and still he is not at all worried, that's the only difference between You and your employer. Send him an email: That you will sue him in court by mentioning all details like you have not been paid for 2 months, forcefully ensured to sign illegal contracts etc.. 4-5 din tak uski lagi rahegi... ek baar USCIS main case pahuch gaya to road pe aa jayega wo aur aaage ke liye uske saare H1 reject honge.... Isliye bhai Bindaas rehne ka..darne ka nahi...
