Hi, My H1b expires in next 6 months and extension needs to be filed while my passport expires in next 9 months.Is that an issue and should i apply for a new passport before filing for H1 extension.Please let me know. Also how long does it take for getting the new passport.Is there a Tatkal application.Please let me know if any pointers.Thanks.
