There is no cure for Autism. The sooner you expose the child to social interactions, the chances of cure are great. The US medical system will delay and drag on for years and by that time the child will be old and its not easy to cure. I am speaking from the experiences of a child in my family where the child did not show improvement at all. Sorry to be negative but you need to be flexible and can come back to US anytime.
