Alterra - Have heard that it's pretty expensive. Montage - No idea. Maybe others can comment. I myself stay in Stepny and am looking to shift post Jan (when my lease ends). This is purely due to change of school needed for my kid (currently in Stevens, looking to get her admitted in West Hill). Another consideration would be transportation (to&from work as well as accessibility to grocery shops etc.) especially if you don't have a car yet (like me)
