Hi All, I am moving to ct from philly. My work location is Hartford.I do not know the area about apartments rents,schools, groceries etc., My primary need is best pre-kindergarden school in commutable distance without car for my 2 year old. Could you guys please tell which area I can see the apartments and also I would like to take rental home in indian community. Thanks in Advance.
