Hi, If you have school going children Avon is the best place & there are many Indians in this area, especially those working for Cognizant/TCS/Wipro. Windsor ~15-20min drive from Avon if you take Hopemeadow street, minimal traffic in that road. I know many families working for Cigna live in this area.
