Sri, I went to South Windsor Physical Therapy and saw Coleen:203-798-1244, she is good.Also Pinched nerve indicates that there is a slight pressure from the bones, believe me combination of ultrasound tratment, exercises, heat therapy and traction will do wonders to your back. Its not a big issue, so dont worry, if you do all the things under the guidance of a physio , it will help. Good luck!
