1st Floor is good if you have kids and moreover Leasing management will not give you second floor if you have more kids older than 2 years. Yes Wyndwood apts has dishwashers in the apt. Movers will carry goods to second floor. Just be caution if you have 3 seater sofa which cannot be dismantled will not fit through the door way.
