Hi Frenz, I am presently on H4.I have ECR stamp on my passport stating "Emigration check required (ECR) except for Bangladesh,Pakistan and all countries In Europe(Except Commonwealth of Independent States(CIS) ,North America,Japan,New Zealand,Australia,South Korea,South Africa, and Singapore" I would like to remove the ECR stamp in USA itself please tell me if I can do it here and the process.If not what is the other way?
