Before I legally consult with an advocate , I am trying to take your help . I submitted extension of I94 for L2 VISA ( spouse )to USCIS in December and USCIS confirmed receiving the application on December 8th , how long do you think USCIS is going to take before it approves as my spouse also need to file for her extension of EAD immediately after I94 extension to work without any gaps in the employment. Could you please guide on the above questions and also what can be the worst situation and solution . Visa valid till May 2015 , EAD valid till May 2015 , I 94 valid till June 2015 , My I 94 is valid till 2017 Jan.
