Comeon english is not our mother tongue and cannot be comfortble speaking english atleast for housewives. If they have someone speaking same language its easier to get togather and that does not mean that they dont want to be friends with other language people. First indians look for apartments filled with indians and then they search for any ppl speaking same language and thats perfectly normal behaviour which dont have to be changed if you come to US.
