I own a house in Farmington and per year, I pay $535 for sewer and waste collection, around $7000 for property tax on my house and over around $600 for property taxes on my 2 cars. I am sure $159 for six months does not sound a bad deal now ! Just a note, when you file taxes these taxes are deductible, that is this will reduce your income tax and you will get back some portion the tax you paid.
