I think as a landlord you cannot advertise 'only for girls' or 'only for whites' or 'only for people I like'. There are laws against discrimination. Now if he does not own the property and just rents it and is trying to find co-renters hen it is fine. But if he owns the property and is trying to rent it out, he is not allowed to discriminate. That s the law of the land.
