First of all, have some Ethics. Money is not everything. It's very difficult to transfer from H4 to H1. Your employer took that risk. Now that you have H1 you want to ditch him and go for other employer. This is so shameful. Atleast work for an year so that he makes money out of you and then switch. We Indians don't have ethics and that is why Desi Employers are like that. Too bad on us.
