Friend, I am not trying to discourage you but want you to be aware of something. Even I had put ad like this.I got a call from lady of a consulting company.When she learnt that I was on H4 she told me that H4 cannot be converted to H1.Well I liked her honesty. Also,Some consultancies do this.It is an example my friend had.They take all doc,money(which is non refundable),and then just say that your visa was rejected.Your money is gone forever. Please be cautious before taking any step.Learn about the process and rules thoroughly and only then proceed
