Hi, U can consider Capitol View and even try Bushnell on the Park.... Wouldn't comment on the cost as they r at par with the other apartments. I read that u don't have a vehicle, so travelling could be an issue and a costly affair. U might want to consider that. Bus services around Manchester area is not all that great as heard from few friends staying there. Transportation is definitely not an issue if u live in the downtown area. Capitol View and Bushnell is full of Indians (more like Southern India )... As far as safety is concerned...Relax!!!! it is absolutely safe out here....Have been living in the downtown area for over an year now, and haven't faced any bad situation till ..Touch wood!!!!!
