Hi Mates I am new to Hartford and stunned by the cost of living in this state. I am looking for an Studio/ 1 BHK for rent . The Prices of apartments in Manchester seems to be a minimum of 1200$ for rent alone(utilities excluded). I need advise of you people on below 1) What would be the average utilities cost (Heat, Hot Water, Gas) for a family(couples alone)in Manchester? 2) Is it advisable to find a studio in CAPITOL VIEW or a 1 BHK in 250 Main Street. Am advised that Hartford downtown is not a safe place for families? Kindly advise me . I have not much time to left, as the company provided 2 weeks stay is almost over Thanks
