Avalon apartments are really good but expensive. You can check Fairfield and Easton too. Trumbull, Fairfield and Easton towns have very good rated schools and good in safety aspects.You can always check if there is any offenders in that location in this site : http://www.homefacts.com. This site was really helpful in buying our house. If you choose Fairfield, make sure you look in 06824 in which offenders are less. If you really don't care about the $$$, you can go ahead with Avalon. It's an amazing community. How many BR are you looking for and rent price? Thanks
