You want cheap and best ? These two cannot go hand in hand. If it is cheap it will not be best, and vice versa ! Jokes aside, the best bet is to look for coupons/sales as all stores have them. You can get clothes at good prices after sales and coupons from Kohl's, JC Penny or Macy's. These usually carry good brands, the secret is to get a good deal, so scout for coupons and look out for sales days. You can also try Burlington Coat factory or good old Target and Walmart/KMart.
