i would say.. school district is imp but if u try magnet school u can live in Manchester with better price and less tax than south Windsor. plus upto elementary education. u don't need to worry about school system even in Manchester. i would say nothing is wrong in Manchester as I myself considering that only.. south Windsor has way too high price and tax.
