You did not work out, I believe both are same. One is paying 90K plus 2 week another $3460 so say 94K, 2nd one 99.8K. Insurance you can buy, your own insurance and it will cost you around $ 1000 a month decent. As suggested see which company is good and where you can grow faster. Which company will be beneficial on longer run. One can understand if the difference is 50%, but less than 5%, no meaning. All the best
