Ok, so here's my take: There's no other desi-child-friendly community like Aspen Woods. The rent for a 2BR is a little over $1300 though. Management is excellent as far as maintenance is concerned. Lived there for 4 years and they never delayed any maintenance issues. However, they are a li'l unfair when it comes to getting the deposit back. But considering the fact that you live there for a couple of years, the quality of life you get is way better than the securiy deposit.
