My comment is just for switching companies. No company can sue their employees if they wish to resign from their job / employment agreement. Where is the question of ethics? Relationship is governed by the employment agreement. Yes, if the employee had signed / agreed to repay whatsoever costs, the employer can rightfully deduct that from final settlement or recover.
