Thank you for your response.i don't have any agreement with desi consultancy. I have a GC. I got that GC through my spouse. Just desi consultency trained and marketed me ,he took 30% money for that. I have a agreement with prime vendor. After I went Fulltime with client prime vendor is fine. Even prime vendor also tryied to help me. Prime vendor gave a warning to desi consultancy pay money to her.after that also he didn't listen . Then I gave the threaten email ,then he ran the paycheck And he held some money as mis deductions.
