Hi dear, You are asking question without providing the full details like, during training, did they charge for training? What was duration of training? Do you enter in any contract with this consultant company? Do you have any thing in writing that they will charge 30%? Did consultant or you bear the cost of your visa status? Till you do not explain the whole situation, it is difficult to help you. Understand, consultant has sent you some money considering all the legal aspects. People on this forum can give lot of reply, but the best some one can suggest is Lawyer. Go to www.legal-aid.org/ and can get advise by paying just under $25 then decide what to do?
