did you sign any contract based on period ... how long u would work for him? Or does your contract say you cannot work for the same client directly either you or through some other company or some thing of that sort... If yes be prepared to pay more to your prior employer. If No and u parted the employer with amicable terms you can fight for it. If your client took you for full time it shows.. client is clean and has no problem in hiring you full time .. and he knows the contract between him and your employer is not breached... But contract between you and your employer(desi) does matter. All the best.
