Hi folks, I am new to this forum .please help me on this issue. 6months Bach I got trained and placed by desi consultancy. They said they will take 30% of my salary. After working 6 months suddenly I got Fulltime offer with client and i Took it. So desi employer held my 5 weeks pay . I gave him threaten mail "if you didn't pay my money I will contact DOL". Then he ran the paycheck for 5 weeks and he gave me 2000$ and he held the 5000$ as mislanous deductions. What I need to do get that 5000$ ? Appreciate any body help on this.
