Hi, I need to decide between Aspen Woods or Pavilions Apt. I am from out of state and need to move in by Jan 10th. I am looking at a 2 BR apts and have taken at look at both, but unable to decide. Need help plz. Main factors are : - Indian families - Commute to Hartford Downtown - Apt quality Need this urgently, please let me know In Aspen woods, there is only Cheshire-1 that's available.
