You Can download the App called Dishworld and subscribe to their services. Yupp TV can be still used. You can call them and activate your roku. To get Yupp TV App, login to your web Account , go to Add Private Channel and enter the code D368F9B5. Now most of the indian channels are available as Private channels because of Dish World's Agreement with the Indian Content providers. But they can be added and accessed as Private channels.
