Thanks a lot 'YOUR WELL WISHER' for your kind words. One picks up initiatives with a good thought and I am ready to work hard to meet the work demands and objectives. I believe for any work there would always be critics but its important to be strong and resilient. While I am not scared of critics and would try to learn from their critisism, a few encouraging acts go a long way. wish there were more and more ppl like u , lax n dvj who believe in others and simplify matters .thanks alot once again .
