Hi I tried same from Dubai. The problem is not the airline, it is the customs in India. The custom charges 30% of the actual cost of tv to the person who is carrying it. Now we hvae a minimum limit...which means if ur TV price is less than INR 70000/-in India then u can take it for free...if not then u will have to pay 30% of the charges of TV No this 70000/- would be revised, so u might have to check with Indian Airport Customs.
