It is purely depends on personal choice. Home If you like planting trees, vegetable, garden and maintaining yourself then house is a must have! Value and privacy perspective house is the best. If you try outsourcing maintenance then home can be more expensive! If you do not like to maintain yourself then Condo is the best. Though cost is lower, I would think value perspective it cannot be compared with house ! Bottom-line is, Its your preference !
