Ethics meant different to different ppl Discuss your issues with your Husband. Try. Discuss what you want from him and life and ask for a balance life in a nicer possible way, specially becoz he is medically ill. Be reasonable with your demands as he may want diff things from life too.. try to stay somewhere in between of what u need and he needs.. And wait to see the results.. if no improvements, give him ultimatum that this can result in end of relation.. Give ur relation a chance.. Or if you are very much attracted to ur co worker and decided to move on becoz u want ur happiness right away, am not sure why u r asking for suggestions.. u may be want the world to say u r not guilty.
