Bullshit!! Honestly this shouldn't be passed. First all consultancies providing employees with Fake experience, fake resumes should be sacked out, their visas should be plucked out and then this bill will make sense. High skilled immigrants? Lol,Most fuckers don't have any skills and still get H1 based purely on luck as it is lottery and forging experiences.
