Its not so easy to find the ideal houses in north haven since there are no new ( very few) constructions.. Between new haven and hartford, i would consider north haven only due to schools (rocky hill too but far from new haven).. its popular due to schools, close to new haven down town, parks, close i95, i91 and rt 15 highway. connecticut is not tough to sell the houses. Its wrong. Depends on many factors city, schools, neighbourhood, house itself
Yes taxes are high but that every one knows.. it goes by cost of living vs income.. income varies person to person |
