Just bought house in north haven. Did look houses in wallingford but we preffered north haven due to school sys, town services, new haven down town proxitimity and possible quicker sale than wallingford. Wallingford adv was bit cheaper and newers houses and 10 min more close to the hartford.. again depends what u want..
