Good you got it back and listened to ppl who advised to hold. If you take my advice, SELL NOW and sleep in piece. The way you reacted after it went down I don't think you are ready for investing. Sell now. Then invest wisely in small amounts over a period of time and regularly. If you learned your lesson don't panic when stocks go down. If you are in for the long run, and choose good index funds you will come trumps.
