I don’t know about house registration but recently I bought plots and did registration in andhra. They asked for passport copy, adhaar card copy, photos, thumb impressions and signature on the registration papers. No notary, no visit consulate and just after 2 days registration details showed up online. I am sure you also can do house registration.
