AGREE WITH YOU TRULY 100% AND NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR PARENTS, JUST STAYING HERE FOR $$$$ AND SAYING EVERYTHING IS GOOD HERE!! IS THE WEATHER GOOD, EDUCATION IN INDIA IS BETTER THERE HERE!!! SOME OF THEM GO BY THEIR WIFE. NOT GIVING OPPORTUNITY TO FRESH TALENT SAYING THEY WILL TAKE AWAY THEIR JOBS!! AND ON THE OTHER SIDE SAYING WE NEED TO ENCOURAGE THE FRESH TALENT!! DON'T EVEN KNOW WEATHER THEIR JOB IS SECURE!!
