Better to get apartment than rental home. Rental homes comes with responsibilities. Actually a lot of people working at Cigna stay at Manchester and Windsor.if you have kids better move there as they have better school districts. And they are indian hub, full of desis. If you don’t have any such preferences than better stay closer to Cigna.
