Two places that I closest to Cigna are the 600 apartments and the Gillette Ridge. With that budget 600 apartments is a better choice. Less than 6 mins of drive. Only drawback is laundry is shared. Gillette ridge is a beautiful community and with a the amenities that you need but comes with a price. You may be able to get a promotional deal right now but at the time of renewal they will take the actual price plus the market adjustment that could be extra couple of 100 dollars.
