Basic thing, accept the fact that your wife is pretty and she will get attention from the society ! accept it. Period.
Now, you as an "Insecure" husband, got to deal with it, she is yours,by marriage,by all means, coming from progressively conservative society such as ours, I'm pretty sure she won't look outside marriage, no matter what, unless you make her unhappy. Remember, spending time together is the key. Just for 10% of unhappiness, women or men wont look outside the marriage.
You can not put restrictions on her, cut her wings, just 'coz she is pretty , infact, talk to her about all what you feel, that talk would help rather than hearing out from others. Tell her that you need her, now and always.
There are tons of beautiful ladies out there, not everyone is looking for one night stands or affairs.
