Hi Even I had the same situation one year back. I asked doctor I will try Iron tablets for 3 three months and after that If there is no improvement I will choose transfusion option. I took IRON tables and food that has more fiber and my Iron level was Improved. Check with your doctor If this is ok. Thanks, Sara.
